WE OFFER:

• Job Location: Italy, Lombardy region
• Choice of top medical institutions
• Employment contract: Permanent or collaboration as a freelancer, with the same working conditions as Italian citizens, in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL)
• Salary: Between €70k-€80k per year, depending on the chosen collaboration type, with bonuses and overtime
• Free accommodation for the first 3 months
• Paid leave: 26 days per year for permanent contracts, including the 13th salary depending on the type of collaboration chosen
• Assistance with preparing the necessary documentation for employment in Italy
• Phone availability in Romanian: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the contract duration, with a dedicated line for our collaborators

• Consultation for finding personal accommodation or the option of accommodation near the workplace for €350-€450 per month, depending on the chosen type of accommodation
• Legal and accounting consultation in Romania and Italy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in medicine (doctor) translated and legalized
• Specialist doctor certificate translated and legalized
• Registration with the Medical College of Romania (CMR), translated and legalized
• Medical certificate – fit for work
• Criminal record
• Beginner/Intermediate Italian language skills
